Bio 2244A Labs
Ah.. the dreaded biostats labs. Haha. I found these to be generally long and tedious. Yes, my first time doing a 30 page lab. The best piece of advice I can give you is if you don't understand something, ask Dr. White to explain it to you. She helped me by clarifying questions and giving hints to some of the more challenging questions.

You'll be given a hypothesis to test at the beginning of the class. Hypotheses are usually very simple i.e. testing the difference in heart rate between people sitting and walking. Your class will be the subjects for these simple experiments and you'll be analyzing the results of your class after. Ask your TAs any questions as they're there to help!
Labs are usually do before the next class. They tend to be pretty long so try to do as much as you can while you're in the lab. You might as well since the TAs are there. I know some people like to leave early. I did all the SPSS stuff in the computer lab and then answered the questions at home.
